First Marathon Pace run - really happy with this effort!

Ran this one with AC. Started off real bad - my breathing was a mess and I was borderline worried about why I couldn't catch my breath and just feeling fatigued in general (could be my Lyme Disease and/or my stupid meds). Then the pace part hit. Once I got up to pace, I caught my breath and the miles just melted away. Felt real good the whole way and completely aerobic. Just what the plan called for.
AC was cooking! She killed this workout and it took all I had to tone down my effort and let her run ahead of me. There were moments I caught her and ran at her pace, but I held to the plan and backed off. Look out CN, AC is back on track and looked real good on this run....
Personally, I'm super pumped about this one (more that I stayed close to MP and didn't go to a Lactic Threshold workout) and that I broke 50 weekly miles for the first time! Nice first week of training.
