Chi Running:
Posture focus on column and lower abs: relatively easy to maintain focus.
Feet: I'm noticing a good improvement on the strike and I can hold focus correctly during the interval.
Lean: Lean control is not an issue.
I need to work on keeping all three focuses at the same time, separately I don have an issue, but when I focus on feet I sometimes loose my posture a bit and the opposite is also true. Generally good however.
A bit out of breath as the pace was quite high!
And... PR !!! I'm very happy
