Chi Running:

Focus on column first and cadence.

Focus on picking up feet

Focus on lean and speed incrase / decrease

I had to speed up to be able to warm up, freezing wind. Hands and head frozen and aching.

I wore long pants, thus no problem with the legs.

I will bring jacket and gloves tomorrow.

Nice however. LOL, 3,14 km, I did a PI run !!!!
