Notes
3x intervals on focuses for 1km each.
First interval, column. Checked a couple of times for good messure, but I am getting the sense of it.
Second Interval feet: I need much more work on that as I don't know if I'm doing it correctly, picking them up enough but I begin to sense how my feet strike is _feeling_ much more neutral.
Third interval, Lean: I had to lean back after some time as I didn't wanted to puch too much. I lost focus concentrating in foot strike instead. The good thing is that I got the feeling of the correct strike / cadence.
Cold wind again, warmer than yesterday but still very cold. I wore my long running pants, gloves and jacket. A bit overheated at the end but quite comfy.
2nd Personal Best on 3K!!! I did the same as during a V02 Max interval !!!
Breathing was hard (it's always on a 3K) but way less than expected for the time I did. I would easily have done a PR and this was just a test run!
