Did 3k before going to the dentist as I won't be in the office for lunch time.
Nice run but too fast.
Column / lean: No problem at all. Still need to correct but is improving very fast.
Feet: Tried to not pick up my feet too high. Seems to be way better. I do swing them a bit more back to allow shaking them and relaxing.
HR: NO HR meter, but I'm afraid I was over the 70% judging by my breath.
