Personal best at this distance, 15'5 and 1:17:02 (calculated) at 15k.
Form:
It was extremely difficult to relax my lower body.
Loosing form many times on upper body too, but I can correct it.
Soar left leg (knee, but on the back, it's the achilles tendon)
Solution:
* I need to retake elasticity training using the football drill. The chi-running body looseners are good for pre-run but not a elasticity workout.
* Maybe also reduce stressing my knees with weighed excercises (lunges and squats)
* Focus on relaxing the lower limbs
HR:
I hit 240 for a couple of minutes, but that's not possible as I wasn't even breathing hard. There was a pole with mobile phone antennas so that I thing it was an interference. In any case I rearly went over 150 so that I think that the device is not working properly. True that I'm not even breathing hard, but my legs where very tired.
