Treadmill, of course. I felt fine today, but slow. 3 warm up miles, somewhere in the 740-800 ranges, that should all be no faster than 750 pace from now on... then 5 miles of intervals, not getting them as fast as I wanted, 700 710 708 655 652 . haven't had this many miles worth of intervals yet so I think I was nervous I wouldn't last so I toned them down more. Probably for the better.
