If you call it a cool down mile I think of makes it okay. Also I feel like it's just that extra miles are SO evil and I am just so sweet and nice that I can't fight back against their evilness, right? Makes sense?

It's true, my overwhelming niceness is clearly why you are my friend. It's okay, you can feel bad for me, it's a burden to be this helpless against evil miles.
