Notes

This was a really good run, my legs started to feel it about 8 miles into it but I was able to keep myself going strong all the way through. It was tough with the leaves and rain but I never fell. I actually ate crackers with PB on them during it without a problem. I did my typical 12 mile loop followed by the 4 miler on the west side
