Justin and I walked into the hanakapii falls and on the way back i started to run from the beach all the way to the trail head. I figure if i were running well i would be able to run it in 20 minutes, i did trip once so the rocks are still certainly a concern. I ran from the trail head to Hanalei bay where i met back up w/ Justin. Overall, my legs were hurting throughout the run but I did surprisingly well
