Actually a very solid run for time but the stomach was killing me! i had to take 2 pit stops along the way, I had justin wiht me and ~3 miles into it i was hit hard with the stomach ailment. the second time i stop was with ~2 miles to go and told justin to go ahead of me, i started back up w/ him leading by ~2 minutes and i caught him with a mile to go. I was hurting still a little but very strong finish
