Yeah... that is right... 20... i knew i needed to do something big in order to even finish the marathon. I think i could have finished with just a couple 12's but it is good to have this in my back pocket on race day. I felt really strong up until 14-16 i ate PP&J throughout and tried to keep well hydrated
