Notes
I was supposed to do 1/2 mile repeats but decided to do fartleks w/ the wind being like it was and also knowing that I had to go on a 10 hour plane ride tomorrow. I probably averaged ~ 1/3 - 1/2 per fartlek but might not have pushed as hard as I would have on the track. I ran fairly solid considering just running a 17 miler two days before and the wind howling at 20+ mph.
