Ran at the rock... wow, I did do 12 miles today but it didn't seem like I ran that far at all! 38:53 first half and 39:37... I didn't have any water so the worst part about the run was the fact that I started to get a little dehydrated, but not too bad... After having ran 14 on Sunday I was surprised how well my legs held up
