Notes
This was a little rougher than what I thought it should have been, I did my usual warm up and then I had planned on 10 miles in this tempo run (6-6:10 pace) well, that didn't happen. I got going and my first mile was good but after that I hit a little bit of a wall, my stomach started to give me fits and I did everthing I could to hold on. Well I pushed through the first 4 miles and then slowed up for a mile. During that slow mile I decided to push another 2 miles worth of all out effort and those turned out really well:
