Overall a very good run for coming off of the sickness over the weekend. I felt good going into it so i decided to push something out. the first mile was rough, i really didn't feel like pushing anything. the second was even rougher and i was trying to figure out what i was doing but i knew i only had 1 to go so i pushed through the last one, i thought if i hit sub 5:40 for the run i would be really happy. with the first half slow i wasn't very sure but the second half really had its bonus. i could feel my legs coming into their own and running strong
