really didn't feel that great going into this one, i might have a slight cold... not the end of the world but certainly knocking out some of my energy. i wanted to see 6-6.10 for the first mile and hit that at 5:44 came back on the second one and still wanted to keep it easier... 5.49... the third mile came and i wanted to wait unitl i hit boyd st before really starting to kick. 5.21... perfect
