Ran a tempo into City Park, I did the tempo for time - 20:30 and so I really don't know my mile splits but I am guessing it was into the lower 6's. I went started out at the hill into city park and finished with 2 x's up the hill. If i could get the mapping function to work i would check but i cannot???? overall a very solid run
