Did a 3 mile tempo run today... i felt ok, my stomach is still not at 100% i don't know if it is because of the weather, eating something wrong, or what it is. Run club in the morning so hopefully i don't feel it then. the tempo started on the corner by the red covered bridge (south of the bridge by 1/4+ mile) and went west from there and back around the 6 mile course. First mile was slow 6.12, second 5.53, third was 5.50 so just under 18 for the 3.
