Wow... I have not ran in that type of heat for a long time. I was holding pretty consistant 7 min miles for the first 6 or 7 but by mile 8 i was dragging. I pushed Tatum along the whole thing... she slept for nearly 6 miles of it which was really good... i doubt she would have made it if she had to suffer through it awake. She took down her bottle from mile 8-10 and she held through to the end w/out a tear! Me however, i had some tears by the end... my legs are feeling it the next day but not terrible...
