Wow, this was a little bit of a test, I think I won but it was a struggle. I ran w/ Tatum and hit 4 fartleks throughout the time. They were 3/4, 1, 1.25, and .25 miles long. I was really getting tired by the end so I cut out the 4th one down to only 3/4 of a mile
