Once again the Garmin screws me over so the mileage may or may not be correct, but it's a good guess based on the map.
Tried something new and it was really rough going. The first 6.3 were with the Weebles and the pace was a bit faster. The second 9 miles or so were me by myself and it was trails I'd never run before. This was my first long run since the marathon so I guess it's to be expected, I don't know.
Tried out Clif ShotBloks for the first time and they worked out very, very well :)
