Temp was brutal at 75 after I've been running in cooler weather. I think I took in about 3-4 liters of water. I actually had to stop at a gas station and get more. My legs hurt, yes, but my feet themselves hurt more. Maybe I need some insoles. Am sunburned. Ouch.
