Notes
Went to yoga today and felt much looser so I went out for a run to test out my new camera. Had 10 miles on sched but ankle still too sore to do that. Time recorded includes time to take about 10 good pictures on the route, so it's not too bad of a time. Didn't take the ipod with me so that I'd stay slow. After stretching, ice, and elevation, thinking I can probably do my trak shak run tomorrow.
