Notes
This was the first run for Team Wobble, which consists of me, Greg, Jennifer and Lauren. It was Jennifer and Lauren's first trail run, so I picked a pretty flat section of the red trail for their first outing. I lead the first couple of intervals and greg and lauren lead the second half (until the end). I felt like I could have run all day long! Perfect weather, great conversation.
