That went soooooo much better than I expected despite the fact that my route took me over the mountain twice. I popped an advil this morning because my quads were sore for some reason. Maybe the advil helped. Maybe me splurging on food all week helped. My failure to do a decent midweek long run spooked me, but now I feel back on track. Two more long runs before the taper!!
