Not quite sure what the watch is saying here. I think we were pretty much on pace everywhere. There were a few uphills and into the wind (Rob's fault), but I felt pretty decent and rolled along with the guys. I'm surprised on some of these to see the watch reading, because watching it during the interval I was on pace. Oh well....the effort was there.

2-3 miles easy
3 x 2:00 at 5:50-6:00/mile
(2:00 jog recovery)
3 x 2:00 at ~5:40-5:50/mile
(2:00 jog recovery)
4 x 1:00 at 5:20/mile
(2:00 jog recovery)
9 miles is the goal after a cooldown.
