Second mile of the night. Intended to help pace Ron, but he won the heat so I just cruised along behind him. Tied up in a group until the last few laps. I actually took second in the heat, but it wasn't really my heat. Legs are tired, but even on this one I really raced instead of worrying about the time or number of laps.
