F*cking Minnesota....not supposed to be this cold and nasty this time of year. Headed down to Pike Island and back, mostly because it gave us some cover from the wind. Nice running with the group. Remembered to do the strides at the end!

Hopefully the legs aren't too beat up from the workout on Thursday Brian. It's all about easy today for the mileage portion whether they feel great or a bit roughed up. 6 miles. Finish up with a set of 8 x 15 seconds at a moderately hard effort. Jog 45 seconds as recovery.
