Feel pretty good about this one. Another day of really cold nasty wind. I had company for warmup miles, but then was on my own. I really am dialing in a bit more on what moderate feels like right now. My goal was 6:45s for the moderate, sub-6:40 for the next mile, and 6ish for the last half. I achieved that pretty well I guess. What I was most pleased with was the fact that the moderate miles (other than the first one) felt really pretty moderate and under control.
