Fairly happy with this workout. My legs felt good tonight. Screwed up the first rep thinking my watch wasn't programmed correctly, but after I got sorted through that it went pretty well. No issues with anything physically. FIrst time I've felt like I was able to work and push a little instead of just trying to survive. Was probably a little too fast on these, but I was careful not to strain or lose form.
