Nice long run with the boys. Struggled the first 4 or so miles to keep up and keep my HR reasonable. Had the 15 minute tempo run when I turned around to come back. Just focused on trying to keep my HR in the 160s and I was a tad high at times, but generally I was where I needed to be. Then added another two easy miles with Rob to give him a little more company. Very pleased with this run and finally felt like I made some progress on a run.
