Decent enough workout after a tough day at work. I'd like to say it felt good to work off some stress after it all, but I'm really just tired.
It took me a while to settle in to the paces...I was all over the place on the first rep. Settled in a bit better in the next reps. I didn't feel like I ever had too much problem hitting the paces, not easy, but not too much of a stretch either.
The hardest one was having come under the connector tunnel. I was running about 5:25 pace going in, and it read 9:30 coming out, but I know I was pretty much holding pace through that 50meters.
