Out to WBL to cheer on a couple of Northstars. Rob rode along and we ran together and did our strides midway through the run. Really nice morning to be out and to race.

Some strides today to put an extra bit of pep in the step. 6 miles at any effort that feels good, which is about anything you run today. Finish up with 8 x 15 seconds at ~5k effort or faster. Jog 45 seconds as recovery.
