Notes
Tough workout, but I managed to hold on to the group. Goal was 8x400 @70-72 w/2:00 recovery. I did okay for the first half of the run, but it did take me a bit to adapt to the intensity and pace. I feel like this is probably some confirmation that my speed needs some work. Switched to flats to keep up with everyone.
Struggled on the last 4 reps, but managed to hold on to everyone. We'll see how sore I am tomorrow...I imagine it won't be pretty.
