Really suprised at this since it was at Baker Park and there is absolutely no flat. Another perfect day for running, and once I got started, I was really just cruising along and feeling terrific. My only srew up was that in my mind these were 30 second repeats. I waited until after the worst hills on the second loop to start them and ended up with an extra mile because of it. Oh well.
My HR is reading 160s, and I suppose that's right, but I really didn't feel like I was working that hard at all. I had bounce in my legs that I haven't felt in quite a while. Looking forward to racing this week.
