Notes
One of the worst longs I've survived in quite a bit of time. The numbers look okay, and I held on through almost 9 miles. The reality was that it was so hot, humid, and hilly that I was having to stop frequently just to get through it. I'm too stubborn to just quit so I kept pushing through 9 when I did finally cash it in. I guess I got the miles in, but man did I feel terrible.
