Great night to run. Almost wish I'd had a harder workout given the conditions. Pushed pretty decently on this one and enjoyed the work.
Training Plan Entry
Fartlek
7 mi
~2-3 miles easy
20-25 minute farlek run. Vary the speed bits from 20-45 seconds. Recovery is up to you and are included in the overall time.
Easy jog afterwards to get you to 6 or 7 miles.
