BUST.....THAT MAKES 3 BUSTED WORKOUTS OUT OF THE LAST 3. Part of it felt like the dewpoint and tired legs, but I can't say for sure. I am going to hydrate like hell, run easy again today and then tomorrow and then get a decent 10 miler in on Thursday morning. I know I am at a place where I am getting close to needing to turn a corner. I'll give myself the tempo on Thursday [sub 60] and then the 5k on Sunday [sub 15:30]. If I miss those targets, I am going to need to evaluate my schedule moving forward.
