1 with KayKay then she got tired of me. Then 4 on my own escalated. [6:13, 5:36, 5:30, 5:38]. Really good finish for the day can't be upset with that in these conditions. That adds up to 8k+ of quality today with a few K at 5k pace and then the 3 miles at Marathon pace. Really humid.
