Notes

I was dreading this and it wasn't as bad as I feared. My legs felt incredibly tight however they didn't shut me down or keep me running terribly slow. Once I go a 7:00 1st mile out of the way I'd say I was consistently at 6:30 until I had to climb Gilbert (7:00) finished it up with a couple of 6:15s that didn't feel forced at all. This was a good week.
