Grueling workout. Reps on ault crit loop. Ran miles. 1st one was really awesome--5:04(3:15k/1:49 600m), 5:24, 5:18 (3:22k,1:56), 5:25 (3:29k,1:56 600m), 5:23

Would like to think a little bit about how I felt so good on that first one. I was a lot in my head on the rest of them. Also could have just been tired legs. I'll keep pushing through for a couple more weeks and trust that my legs will respond with a good break. Frustrating that my continuous tempo run the other day was actually similar to my paces on this run. I need to put a premium on staying loose. Comparing this workout to the track shows me that I will make strength progress if I stick to this loop.
