Ran from Loveland after a meeting at Grailville. I like running on the flat surface and changing things up a bit. It's crazy how much better my foot feels. Need to keep replicating this stuff day after day to keep it moving in that direction. Legs felt better today than on Sunday. Pushing workout to Thursday. Did a brief fartlek on the trail switching on and off each 1/2 mile [2:55,3:20,2:35, 3:16,2:30,3:20] 5 flat pace feels too hard from a breathing stand point.
