Pace Kayla for 2 X 1 mile (7:14,7:12) She bailed after number 2 because she wasn't recovered from long run on Sunday and challenging Monday. Went to the park and did some drills. Legs are tired but foot hasn't felt better in a long time. This is a good start to a 3 week cycle.
