Shakeout in the morning. 2 miles before the race + 2 X 30 seconds sprint. Came home and ran with Kayla afterward. A few up to Withrow and then I ran 5 X 200 [33.08,32.78,32.83,32.55,33.06] This is okay. I am concerned about my 200s not getting in the 31s lately. It feels like what's stopping me is a flexibility issue. Need to watch this in the coming weeks.
