Pretty good long run. I practiced some of my moves for the 10k next week and thought through shift point (not surge points). I hope they are relevant and that I am in the race with a mile or so to go. Definitely walking that fine line between wanting to run within myself and be competitive. Foot hurts. Hips are tight. Back is tight. Recover today.
