Forums >Gears and Wears>Looking for a basic Garmin Forerunner with map feature
Hi there,
I am looking for a basic Garmin Forerunner with map feature.
I would like to upload routes and use the navigation function.
My current watch (Garmin Forerunner 310XT) died and I am looking for a replacement.
Is there anything cheaper than Garmin Forerunner 745 or Forerunner 955 that would serve my purpose?
Thanks!
The 255 should do that.
Dave
Thanks. I will chcek it out.

Not basic. Definitely overkill. Absolutely a smoking hot deal.

$330 Fenix 7 solar with sapphire.
Many of us aren't sure what the hell point you are trying to make and no matter how we guess, it always seems to be something else. Which usually means a person is doing it on purpose.

Anyone bought from these guys before? How can they sell it at $330, refurbished maybe. They have terrible reviews ...
The forerunner 55 is very basic but has the mapping
No it doesn't.

Wow, but ships in 8-12 weeks!? I wonder how can they even sell if for that price.

It's too expensive.
How about a price limit? If $330 is too expensive then maybe the $320 Garmin 745 isn't a good option for Hectortrojan either.
Putting a map display into a small watch isn't cheap. Carrying a cell phone with a map is pretty cheap.
