Error: An interval of type interval needs at least a distance or duration (Read 35 times)

Hello, I just uploaded my run this morning and when I go and edit it, I get this message when I try to save it (even when I do nothing to the entry)

An interval of type interval needs at least a distance or duration

How do I get around this? I've seen this in the past years ago on bike workouts and forget what I had to do.

I can't put notes in or put in the type of run since I can't save it. Help!

    Thanks

    J

OK so it looks like the last interval line that was uploaded didn't have data so I just deleted  it and it worked. Problems solved for anyone else who runs into this (ha, no pun intended)

I've also been seeing this recently so if it happens again I'll be sure to check each line.  Thanks!

        an amazing likeness

Seems to be something that Garmin files have every now and then....that blank interval at the end of the workout.  Just need to "X" out that blank interval and click Save again, as you've figured out.

Acceptable at a dance, invaluable in a shipwreck.
