When I am routing new courses, I click on the elevation chart button and I get the spinning wheel in the box below the map. But when I'm finished. i don't get a diagram showing the rise and fall of the course. I only get an empty box and the numbers below it showing gain and loss. I once clicked the elevation chart button on and off and the diagram appeared for a few seconds, then disappeared. I could not get it to re-appear. Can you help?

The elevation profile is automatically generated for you so you do not need to click the elevation button. Also, the elevation button has the following behavior. The first time you click on it, it will hide the elevation profile. If you click on it again, it will re-display the elevation profile *and* reload the elevation.
If you do not click on the button while creating the route but do not see an elevation profile, it means elevation data is not available.
