I don't see how one can refuse to take the breathalyzer. If a person's not drunk, why would they refuse...? If they're sober, they can prove themselves so.

After working with many avid drinkers...and apparently drivers....(I don't drink...) They claim that if you refuse to take the breathalyzer then you head to jail apparently? When you're taken to jail, it gives you a chance to sober up - thus they have no proof that you were driving while intoxicated.
